1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site operator.

2. How we use cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary to provide the service you requested. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required to operate the platform and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take such as logging in or setting preferences.

• token – authentication • locale – selected language • session – CSRF protection and session integrity

4. Analytics and tracking

Only with your explicit consent do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. Without consent no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

The following cookies are set after consent:

• _ga – distinguishes unique users (lifetime: up to 2 years) • _ga_<ID> – stores session information for your Google Analytics property (lifetime: up to 2 years)

You can withdraw your consent at any time at the bottom of this page. After withdrawal these cookies are removed and no further data is sent to Google Analytics.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Please note that essential cookies are required for the platform to work; blocking them may prevent you from signing in or using the Service.

6. Third-party services

Should we embed third-party services (e.g. for videos or support chat), these providers may set their own cookies. We will inform you and obtain consent where required.
